How It Works

Ordering custom embroidered clothes with artwork by your kids is easy!  Once you place your order, in just a few short weeks you will have a made to order one of a kind piece of clothing in your closet and ready to wear.  Our embroidery experts are ready to turn even the most kooky or whimsical drawings into beautiful embroidery.  Please allow for 2 weeks processing time before shipping time.  If you have a specific deadline in mind please let us know before placing your order!

Step 1)

Fill out the order form and send us a photo of your child's actual drawing.  Make sure the photo is taken in good light (natural sunlight is best!) and that camera is angled straight on to the artwork.  See our photo tips page for more tips.

Step 2)

We convert your file for machine embroidery by digitizing it.  This is where we thoughtfully program every single stitch so that your artwork can be embroidered by machine. This process is done with extreme care-- we never use automatic digtizers, which ensures that every strand of thread is converted to embroidery by a human who is dedicated to capturing the spirit of your little artist's original artwork in a new medium.  Because we put in this effort, we are able to do high quality embroidery of even the most abstract doodles, paintings, and more.  This process typically takes two weeks.

Step 3)

We send you a digital mockup for your approval.  Once you let us know that it is good to go, we move forward with the final embroidery.

Step 4)

We embroider the final product! This is our favorite part!

We ship your clothing to you.  We hope you love it!

All in all, the entire process typically takes a few weeks.  If you have a special deadline in mind, please let us know before ordering!  Rush orders may be subject to a rush fee.  Please note that choosing expedited shipping at checkout does not expedite the embroidery process, it only adjusts the shipping time.
