FAQ

HOW FAST DO YOU SHIP?
Every item is made to order.  Currently our processing turnaround time to create your custom order is two weeks.  During peak seasons, if the turnaround time is more than this, we will have a header at the top of the page to let you know.
Shipping time begins from the moment we finish your item and send it out.  You can expedite your shipping in the drop down menu upon check out. Expediting shipping times does not expedite processing times -- we still need the processing time to hand make your order.  If you have a specific deadline in mind, please contact us to see if we can accomodate your rush order.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Because your item is custom made, we do not accept returns. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us.

HOW DO I WASH MY ITEM?
We recommend flipping your clothing inside out and machine washing with a cold water wash, then hanging to dry.  Your items are also dry clean friendly.

WHAT FILE TYPES DO YOU REQUIRE?
We require a high quality photograph or scan of your artwork as JPEG, PNG, or PDF.  Take your photo as close as you can without cropping anything, straight on, and with good light.  Please be sure that your photo is in focus, high quality, and color accurate-- we create your piece based on this photo, so make sure that we are working from something you are happy with!

HOW BIG WILL MY EMBROIDERY BE?
We stitch the embroidery to be as large as possible on your chosen garment and placement.  For more specifics on what the largest size possible on a given garment would be, check the info section for each individual listing. If you would like your embroidery to be a specific size, make sure write a note in the "anything else you would like us to know" section of the order form!

IS THERE ANYTHING TO KEEP IN MIND WHILE DRAWING?
- The maximum amount of colors we can stitch per drawing is 14.  If you have more than 14 colors in your drawing, we will condense the colors into similar groups.
- Keep in mind the size of your piece while drawing too!  Hats work best with the simple drawings because the surface area of the final embroidery is smaller.  Full size sweatshirts and aprons with center placement work best with the most elaborate drawings because we can really get into detail to show off your artistry.  Think of each line in your drawing as a strand of thread and how big that is and that will help you get an understanding of how detailed to do your drawing.
- All text elements must be a minimum of 1/4" tall when scaled to the size of the final embroidery
